Every new client will sign a release form which confirms your pet is vaccinated.
Can i watch while you groom my pet?
Unfortunately, our insurance does not allow anyone else inside the mobile facility.
How long will it take to groom my pet?
Every pet is different, small dogs take an average of 1 hour and large dogs take anywhere from 1-2 hours.
Do I have to be home while you groom my pet?
For your first appointment, we do require that you be home. After that, you're welcome to leave a key or code so we can access your pet.
Do you need water or electricity from my home ?
Our state of the art pet spa is fully contained so we have everything we need to provide your pet with the best experience.
